Clinical Trial Administrator

The Foundation is currently seeking a highly organised and flexible person to support and provide administrative assistance to the Clinical Trials Finance and Start Up Specialist.

The successful candidate should have the following key attributes:

  • Administration/Finance experience in the healthcare sector
  • Accurate data management including data entry, data extraction (lists, reports etc.) within a database system
  • Analytical capability and ability to apply strategic thinking to financial data input, reporting and analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Database Management
  • Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience in, or understanding of, the clinical trial process (desirable).

This is a part-time, 2 days per week (15.2 hours) position for a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. This position is available only to permanent Australian residents.
