The GMRF Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) has further cemented its reputation as an industry leader, winning the ARCS Favourite Investigational Site for the third year straight and the fourth time since 2014.

GMRF Associate Director of Clinical Trials Dr Suzanne Elliott received at the award at the Association of Regulatory and Clinical Scientists (ARCS) Australia Annual Conference, a national meeting showcasing research and development of medical technologies and therapeutics.

“This recognition and thanks goes to all my wonderful Gallipoli CTU team together with the investigators and Greenslopes Private Hospital staff who support these trials. It is lovely to have the support and recognition by our valued clients on receipt of the 2019 ARCS Favourite Site Award,” Dr Elliott says.

The Clinical Trials Unit, based at Greenslopes Private Hospital, has continued to grow since its formation and now has 40 active studies and over 170 participants on trials into new treatments in liver disease, respiratory illness and cancer.
