GALLIPOLI MEDICAL RESEARCH HAS LAUNCHED THEIR LATEST STUDY TO UNDERSTAND THE GAPS IN HEALTH LITERACY IN QUEENSLAND VETERANS AND VETERANS’ FAMILIES.

We are seeking former veterans and their family members to complete an online survey about how you find, understand and use health information, and how you manage your health and interact with doctors and other healthcare workers.

‘Health literacy’ is about how you find, understand and use health information, and how you manage your health and interact with doctors and other healthcare workers.  As a valued member of our veteran community, your insights and experiences are invaluable.

The study is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of health literacy within our community. By participating, you play an important role in identifying areas where health literacy might be improved and in shaping education and training tools specifically designed to support veterans and veterans’ families effectively.

The survey will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
