For the past 36 years, the dedicated group of volunteers have assisted veterans, patients and staff at the former repatriation hospital, as well as raising funds through raffles and markets for Gallipoli Medical Research.

The volunteers frequently visit patients, make tea and coffee in the emergency centre and recovery areas, and answer questions at information desks stationed in the hospital.

The Digger’s Dozen are a vital group within the hospital and to Gallipoli Medical Research.
