Join #TeamGMR and volunteer at our fundraising double-header

Join GMR for an action-packed weekend at Suncorp Stadium where we’ll be back-to-back fundraising at two blockbuster footy games in May!

We’re looking for 100 volunteers to join #TeamGMR to help us sell 50-50 raffle tickets and promote GMR at the event. You’ll support during the pre-game festivities, and the first half of the match.

About 50-50
The 50-50 Charity Raffle is Australia’s only not-for-profit 50-50 raffle that gives fans the chance to win large cash prizes while supporting local charities. As the nominated charity, Gallipoli Medical Research (GMR) will receive 50% of the ticket sales, with the winner taking home the remaining 50%! It’s a great incentive to get people to buy in, and the 50-50 Raffle at Suncorp is always a crowd favourite!

Note: All volunteers must be over 18 years of age and able to climb and descend stairs at the venue. No experience required.

Dolphins vs Storm

Game #1 – Dolphins v Storm
Friday, 1 May at Suncorp Stadium
As a proud Charity Partner for The Dolphins, we’ve been given an incredible opportunity to host the 50-50 raffle for the upcoming Dolphins v Storm clash. Join the #TeamGMR Army as we take on Caxton Street, and then Suncorp Stadium for onsite activations with special guests.

Reds vs Brumbies

Game #2 – QLD Reds v ACT Brumbies
Saturday, 2 May at Suncorp Stadium

We’re backing it up at Suncorp Stadium the very next night thanks to Queensland Rugby Union and the Queensland Reds! Join #TeamGMR again as we host another 50-50 raffle during the Reds v Brumbies match.

Why volunteer?
• Be part of a fun, high-energy game-day experience
• Support life-changing medical research for veterans, families of veterans and the wider community
• Connect with GMR and fellow footy fans
• No experience required… just bring your enthusiasm!
