The HCC Research Workshop: Experimental HCC in Australia is a coming together of leading clinicians and researchers, from Australia and around the world, in the field of liver health. The purpose of the event is to share findings, discuss collaboration opportunities and inspire one another to continue research in this important area of liver cancer.
This workshop is of importance because we are:
- Creating an opportunity for genuine collaboration by facilitating connections and creating shared resources including a possible national bio bank of liver samples.
- Facilitating the opportunity for a multi-modelled study approach towards liver cancer, utilising the different study models used throughout Australia
