Be part of something special and help shape the Go Beyond Program

We are looking for 20 ex-serving ADF members to participate in a Brisbane based face-to-face Focus Groups to help us improve the program.

You are required to attend one group only (total 3.5 hours)
Lunch is provided and all participants receive a $50 gift voucher for your time and contribution.

You will be required to complete the Go Beyond Program (online self-directed) before attending the Focus Group.

Time: 11am – 2.30pm (which includes 30min lunch break)

Location: Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation, Greenslopes Private Hospital, 121 Newdegate Street, Greenslopes
