Pene Edwards

A love of colour, form and mark making are used by Pene Edwards to create her uniquely individual works. With no foreground/ middle ground /and background schema, the viewer can journey across the canvas and respond instinctively to the works.

Pene works primarily from an implied aerial perspective, with figurative imagery often included. Working spontaneously, Pene's work evolves intuitively and the resulting work is a pleasure to view.

A practising artist for over fifteen years, Pene's works are held in public and private collections including the Stanthorpe Regional and Redcliffe Art Gallery.
