Our Research

The Gallipoli Medical Research Centre based at Greenslopes Private Hospital is a boutique research centre supporting the clinical work of the hospital’s visiting medical officers. The Centre aims to:

• Provide the integrated infrastructure and facilitate the necessary collaborations to conduct clinical research and Phase 1, 11 and 111 clinical trials within Australia’s largest private teaching hospital

• Provide a clinical research training program to train clinicians, nurses, allied health workers and scientists

• Strengthen and facilitate international collaborations

• Act as a key centre for national collaborative initiatives

The research focus will expand in line with patient and community needs and according to the expertise of future clinicians/clinician scientists who are attracted to or trained by the Centre.
